🕍 Built for the Chabad Annex Community. NuKosh was created with communities like the Chabad Annex in mind — young Jewish professionals on the Upper West Side who are building careers, staying active, and living a full Jewish life. We wanted a supplement that fits that lifestyle perfectly.
My passion for health and wellness began at an early age after undergoing open-heart surgery when I was just five years old. Growing up, I struggled with weight, reaching 215 pounds before deciding in high school to actively take control of my health through better nutrition and consistent exercise.
That journey sparked a lifelong commitment to wellness. For the past 10 years, I've worked as a nurse, where I've seen firsthand the consequences of neglecting health — and the incredible difference small, consistent habits can make. Today, I continue to challenge myself through strength training, CrossFit, and private fitness coaching.
