His passion for health and wellness began at an early age after undergoing open-heart surgery when he was just five years old. Growing up, he struggled with weight, reaching 215 pounds before deciding in high school to actively take control of his health through better nutrition and consistent exercise.
That journey sparked a lifelong commitment to wellness. For the past 10 years, he's worked as a nurse, where he's seen firsthand the consequences of neglecting health — and the incredible difference small, consistent habits can make.
