🎓 Rutgers Class of 2016. As a Rutgers student, Rutgers Chabad was my home away from home — I spent countless Shabbatot there, joined weekday meals, attended events, and davened with the community. The warmth and energy of Rutgers Chabad shaped who I am today.
My passion for health and wellness began at an early age after undergoing open-heart surgery when I was just five years old. Growing up, I struggled with weight, reaching 215 pounds before deciding in high school to actively take control of my health through better nutrition and consistent exercise.
That journey sparked a lifelong commitment to wellness. For the past 10 years, I've worked as a nurse, where I've seen firsthand the consequences of neglecting health — and the incredible difference small, consistent habits can make. Today, I continue to challenge myself through strength training, CrossFit, and private fitness coaching.
When I grew tired of gritty creatine powders, I decided to create a better solution: a delicious, kosher creatine gummy that makes staying consistent simple, convenient, and enjoyable.
